Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability checks.
Order preparation, including quality control before shipment, takes approximately 7 business days on average.

If one or more items require longer preparation times, the customer will be informed by email at the address provided during checkout.
Shipping Times and Methods

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping service, and the carrier appointed for the shipment.
For shipments within Italy, delivery generally takes place within a few business days from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

VAT, Duties and Customs Charges
The product prices displayed on the website include VAT and any applicable customs duties, which remain at our expense unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.
Therefore, the customer will not be required to pay additional costs for VAT or customs duties already included in the product price.

Shipment Tracking

Shipping Address

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failed collection, absence of the recipient, or other reasons attributable to the customer, any costs for reshipment, storage, or return may be charged to the customer.

Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check the integrity of the parcel before accepting it.
If the parcel appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, the customer is invited to accept the delivery with reservation, where possible, and to contact us promptly at info@superarchive.com, attaching photographs of the parcel and the products received.
Any delivery issues must be reported as soon as possible, so that we can carry out the necessary checks with the carrier.
Delays or Failed Delivery
Delivery delays may occur for reasons beyond our direct control, including, by way of example, adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs checks, peak-season periods, carrier logistics issues, or force majeure events.
In the event of a significant delay or failed delivery, the customer may contact us at info@superarchive.com, indicating the order number, so that we can carry out the necessary checks.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain destinations due to logistics, regulatory, or customs restrictions.
If it is not possible to ship an order to the address provided, the customer will be contacted and, if necessary, the order may be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
