Return Policy

We understand that you may need to return a purchase, and our goal is to make the return process as simple as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. You may return the product for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached. If the product was delivered in its original packaging, the packaging, protective wrapping, seals, and any plastic film must also be intact and undamaged.

Return Procedure

To return an item, please email us at info@superarchive.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days. Proof of shipment must be provided within this period.

The cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges, shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds

After receiving the product(s) and inspecting their condition, we will proceed with the refund or replacement. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of the item(s) for the return to be processed.
